About

Welcome to the group! You can connect with other members, get updates and share videos. For me and many others, drinking alcohol means seeking instant satisfaction while guaranteeing future enduring distress.

The most significant falsehood we convince ourselves of is that we're "not that bad" before we adopt a life without alcohol.

Don't wait for your life to become chaotic before assessing your relationship with alcohol.

Alcohol can be addictive, and the more we seek an external solution for internal challenges, the greater the risk of developing dependence.

Stay vigilant, friend; I want you to thrive, not merely survive.

Save this reminder for those moments when your mind attempts to persuade you that having just one drink won't be harmful.
